That Food Truck is a mobile, full commercial, self-sufficient kitchen that will take the fuss out of your next event!
Created by husband and wife team, Tara & Ashley Daniels. Our passion is food. We are a family-operated business and run by a trained and experienced chef that loves creating ‘Aussie American’ style food.
We started in the street food industry in 2015 and we are loving every moment of it. We have to trade all over Western Australia. We get to share our delicious food with our customers whilst having the chance to have our own adventures on the road.
WHAT WE DO?
We are enjoying how the business is growing! Focusing on catering weddings, private and corporate events, and large-scale public events like festivals. But we still love cooking for our avid customers when we hit the street trade.
We are always planning for bigger things in the future. Besides keeping Perth patrons well satisfied with comfort food, that cheeky moniker — a name that anyone would be left a bit stupefied. It will be everything you’d expect and crave for. Look out for great service and appetizing dishes from That Food Truck!

We cater weddings, private and corporate events – from our Food Truck Style Canape Menu.
9All Prices are GST inclusive. Including wait staff and the Chef’s for a service time of 2 Hours. Food will be circulated on platters throughout your guests. This menu option is designed for a cocktail style function. Travel outside of Perth region may incur an additional travel fee please enquire at the time of booking.
